José Aldo

José Aldo Silva da Costa is a Professor of Computer Science at the State University of Paraíba (UEPB), Campus VII. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG) and a B.Sc. in Computer Science Education from UEPB. During his undergraduate studies, he completed a sandwich program at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego and a research internship at Edward’s Lab, Bioinformatics, San Diego State University (SDSU), both funded by CAPES (the Brazilian Federal Agency for Support and Evaluation of Graduate Education). His academic and professional experience spans Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Design, Human-Computer Interaction, and Computer Programming Education, with research interests in Code Comprehension and the use of eye tracking to study software development processes.
